Vegetable Recipes

Following a mold detox diet can be challenging if you are used to the All-American diet.  These Vegetable recipes make it easier to stick to the protocol without feeling deprived and hungry.  

Baked Broccolli

Chop a head of broccoli (rinse in baking soda/water solution and let dry before preparing)

Head of broccoli
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp Organic Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt

Preheat oven to 375°.  Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic.  Put broccoli, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and a few shakes of salt in a ziploc bag.Shake it up!!Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes.
